How we hire
Our hiring process gives everyone an insightful, authentic, and inclusive experience. We’ll encourage and empower you throughout the process. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Introductory Call
A call with our talent acquisition team allows us to learn about you, your skills, experience, and aspirations. You’ll learn more about Kasada, our team, and the role itself.
2. Hiring Manager
Connect with your prospective manager. They’ll share insight into the role and how it develops over time. This is your chance to dive deep into your experiences and what excites you.
3. Domain Interview
We want you to succeed so you’ll be sent a detailed brief on how to best prepare. We’ll delve into your ability to handle scenarios you can expect to encounter in the role.
4. Culture & Values
